The receptionist was very professional. She answer my questions and gave me a quote right away after I asked for one.

My dealer referred me to All City Tow when my transmission suddenly went out on a busy street at 5:30pm yesterday. I'm sorry I don't know the gentleman's name, but he was prompt, professional, respectful, and knew exactly how to load my vehicle to avoid damage. Since the dealer was already closed, I called the dealer the next morning to make sure my vehicle was left as instructed--it was. I highly recommend All City Tow.
My car got stolen and KCPD had it towed. Horrible experience. I was out of town when I got the call. In the worst possible of circumstances this tow company was absolutely amazing. Helped me come up with a plan to get it back. Inspected it so I knew what to expect and were just nice in general. They didn’t damage my vehicle at all and were kind, helpful and went the extra mile. In a really bad circumstance they managed to make things easier and better. They even moved it to a place I could easily grab it on my trailer. Thank you!!!
